My father is the owner of the cameras. He was logged out of his account and cannot get back in. I am paying for the subscription through his account. When we try to reset his password to get back into his account, he doesn't get an email. I need someone to reach out to me to get this fixed or I am canceling our subscription and finding a new security system.

Have you checked the email spam folder for the emails?
