I accidentally deleted a recording I needed, is there anyway to retrieve it back?

No

it is gone, that is why it is always best to d/l anything you think you may want AND there is no need to delete as at the end of you time frame ( based on service level ) it will be auto-deleted ( no storage limit )

For the most part, there's really no reason to delete anything.  That way you don't lose a thing.
