Following an update two of my four cameras have stopped recording videos. I have deleted and re downloaded program (curiously it remembered my ID and PW), I first encountered a grayed out time to record situation for the cameras which I was able to circumvent by performing changes using my PC. This did not fix problem. I set up new mode for the camera. This did not work. When motion is detected, the camera will show the initial detection in the preview but does not record the video. I have unplugged and restarted modem. This did not fix problem. Cameras show full wireless access to modem. My other two cameras function perfectly.

Removed both, Reset net gear modem, resunched and all is good. Hope this was a one time update disaster and not something ongoing with each update

The two cameras that are still working are on a different router at a second location.

have you removed the faulty camera in the app then re-synched it to the base? good luck, I hope I don't run into this issue when mine finally updates....
