ATT wirelss not working with system

When I first wanted to buy these equipment the installer said ATT U verse did not work with wireless cameras because it was too slow. Then another preson said he had U verse and Arlo worked great so I got the cameras. They are not moving and I get no messages from motion alerts. It does seem that these cameras do not work with the system. What do I do???
