Cannot get my laptop, iPad or iPhone to detected the ARLO VMS3430 base station connected via ethernet cable to a Netgear C6300 wireless modem which is connected via ethernet to by Hughesnet HT100 satellite modum.  Any suggestions?

Are all the LEDs on the front of the base lit?  What color are they?
