Arlo is detecting motion but we cant view it and it is not recording. Please advise.

WHat have you tried? Have you checked the library filter to see if it's set (the funnel icon should be empty, not filled in)? Have you tried both the app and a browser?

what is funnel icon? I dont see it. And yes i have tried app and browser.

It looks like a funnel at the top of the library page. It's the filter you can use to only see specific cameras or all of them at once. Click on it to reset it.
