APP Login Outside UK (Abroad)

So I'm travelling on work and when I try to login via the APP (iPhone) it complains about internet connectivity issue.
I have tried via wifi and 4G but still no luck.
Via Safari I have tried the web login and that fails to load.

What use is a security system when you are away?

Try via Chrome or Firefox and make sure you have a high speed internet connection

 

I travel aboard a few times a year and access to the cameras is fine on my Android Phone
