Bought a arlo 6 pack camera kit 4 batteries where almost completely dead out of the box I was only asking for the batteries to be replaced 30 minutes on the phone and got nowhere with the rep helping me if you can call it help, all times I have called I am constantly being asked the same thing over and over original case #27987488 thanks for nothing

Just like I said in the previous post they do not listen on the other end that case was to be left open for the dead battery could not update firmware to camera because of dead batteries that your support said was a false reading because it didn't have firmware update I called yesterday to tell them that the 4 batteries are truly dead and need replacements that camera works just fine with good batteries. The hoops I have to jump through and the time spent to get 4 batteries replaced is ridiculous. I was a loyal netgear customer but after this experience I will never purchase a netgear product again.
