Hello :
The log in address I'm using is https://arlo.netgear.com/index.html. The system then asks for my email address and password. I then press the "login" tab and the system immediately tells me I'm timed out. How is this possible? I can't view my own cameras and the literature in the box provides no live person contact information. Extremely frustrating. Has any one experienced this? If so, can you please tell me how to resolve this? Does anyone have a contact phone number for support??? Thank you all

Does https://my.arlo.com behave differently? (arlo.netgear.com should redirect you to my.arlo.com, since Netgear divested Arlo years ago).
Are you seeing an option to choose another verification method when the login times out? If so, have you tried choosing "email"?
