I have a combination of pro and the older plan model.  8 total.  4 are offline (3 pro and 1 old one) and not can not get them to work. Did all of the stuff listed on the page.  Any ideas?

If a power cycle of the base and reinserting batteries in the cameras doesn't work, remove the cameras from Settings, My Devices and resync. Check for firmware updates on all devices since old firmware causes weird problems.
