Hi, I have system with 5 cameras. One is Arlo pro and that one works fine, but other 4 firsto model of Arlo camera with hardware H11 doesnt detect any movement. Everything is connnected on VMB4000r3 base station. I can enter live stream, adjusted sensitivity at max, armed base, but nothing is happening. I even started subscription and added camera to plan, and they still don't work. Did Arlo released update to make old models unusable?

It's not clear what the none-working camera(s) are. Hardware H11 doesn't help since that's just a hardware revision number. If the cameras have a removable battery, remove the battery and look inside for a label with VMCxxxx. Otherwise, look in Settings, Support, clink on your camera and tell us the Product name.

Hi, I was a bit inpatient and buyed 4 aprlo pro 4 cameras to replace old ones (first model od arlo camera). During installation of new cameras, old ones suddenly started to work. Anyway they are on the sale now. Thank you for your answer.

I’m seeing same now as well. Four VMC4030 cameras linked to VMB4000 Pro base station have all ceased having video captured. I can manually record and save but no auto detecting as of today. I have no plan other whatever came with the bundle years ago. New updates signaling we need to pay now? Or a is this a bug?

A bug.
Try removing one camera from the account, and then add it back. (You might need to use the manual sync button method to add it back).

Thanks for the reply. I did but will try again. This camera (1 of 4 external Arlo Pro’s) was always quick to catch movement on our front porch. Now nada. Started about 2 weeks ago. Other cameras also slow to no existent reaction to movement. Also started ~ 2 weeks ago.
