JUst bought a new wireless Arlo Netgear Security system at Best Buy and one of the cameras willnot work. We changed batteries and still the same. Any help would be appreciated.

contact support and they will walk you through the 40 odd different ways to force a connection and then decide to replace it when they all don't work!
