Our system is about 6 weeks old. Tonight when I got home 1 of our 4 cameras was offline. Batteries are good; tried re-booting the wireless router; tried restarting the base station - nothing has worked. Any ideas?

This has happened to me every once in a while. If re-booting the base did not work try opening the camera door for a few seconds and closing it. This method, although a pain seemed to work for me several times.

what has worked for me was to unplug modem, router and arlo base.  wait 30 sec.  plug in modem, router and arlo base waiting for each one to completly reboot prior to plugging in the next.  seemed to correct my "offline " issues.  it seems that arlo base has issues when a power surge or hick-up with the modem happens.  it sucks when you are out of town and cannot view recordings or access cameras.  maybe Arlo techs can look into a fix for this.

hope this helps

Various electronics respond differently to brief power outages. The best answer is to use an inexpensive UPS  (uninterruptible power supply) on all of your network equipment, including Arlo, to fly through these outages. If you want more time that will span extended outages, get a more powerful/expensive unit.
