2nd Base station not showing cameras

I have 2 questions.
I have 2 base stations let's say labeled number one and number 2 due to distance.

Recently I have been unable to view and change or modify camera setup on base station number 2 as the cameras are not even visible in the app on phone or computer,  although in base station number one the basestation num 2 cameras are seen as they have been shared.. I have rebooted base station number 2 and made sure that I was on the same Wi-Fi network to use the app on my phone or computer but the cameras on base station number 2 are still not visible.

Do I have to relink all the cameras on  base station number 2 to see them again and be able to modify them?  Oddly, base station number 2 cameras are visible on base station number one as they are shared but I cannot modify them.
Any help would be appreciated.

Second question also involves base station number 2 as I have to reset the password every time I log in?
Is there something I need to change.

Assuming you're using the new UI that uses Feed to view recordings, it's likely you have 2 locations configured. You must choose the proper location using the Home pull-down menu to access the second location. If that's not the issue, we need more details as to how your systems are configured, especially relative to any locations.

Are you saying that the two bases (and their respective cameras) are in different primary accounts?  And that you are using the "friend" account feature to see them all?

Yes..2 separate base stations with shared cameras between the two..base station num 1 has no issues and can all the cameras including the shared cameras from num 2 however I cannot use the settings on those cameras  as they are shared..the prob is that the cameras originally setup on base station 2 are no longer visable

I have not updated the app yet on phone ..myarlo on the web still has the problem

Generally this happens when one of the account is migrated to the new "Feed" interface, while the other remains on the "Library" interface.

 

Can you log into the two primary accounts to check for this?  See if both accounts show either "Feed" and "Dashboard", or if both instead show "Library" in the app menu.  Or if they are not the same.  Let us know what you see for both accounts.
