2FA is not working on web - Can't Login

Impossible to access my account in order to update the credit card. After entering the code I received by sms, the identification keeps waiting. I did it 4-5 times with different browsers and it is always the same. 😞

On top of it, impossible to access the support. I start getting fed up with this kind of problems with Arlo.

Do you have any solution to this kind of problem?

Is there anybody from Arlo looking at this community and able to answer?
