Hello, I upgraded my iphone, and needed to re-login to the Arlo app. After entering my password, I get redirected to the 2FA screen, requesting a six digit code, sent to my Yahoo.com email. However, Yahoo, no matter what has been tried, will not receive Arlo emails. The three additional options for push notifications are for phones I no longer have, or an error pops up that says, "Device not available". So, without the code, I cannot access my camera system. Attempting a login on desktop is the exact same.

Before the hell of trying to call Arlo, is there a solution to this?

Have you checked the Yahoo email spam folder for the missing emails?

If you have your old iPhone and can login to Arlo using wifi internet you should be able to get the app to authorise the 2fa request then set the new phone as the primary device.
