I bought 3 arlo cameras for myself and suggested these for a friend.  She has a very large property and bought 15 which I helped her set up via facetime.  She's loving them however this week two of her cameras went off-line.  What would make 2 of the 15 cameras go off line?  Please help.

Good morning CSommer,

There are a few different reasons for a camera to go offline. The most common reason for a camera to go offline is either the camera is at or just beyond the wireless range from the base station or the batteries are at a critical level and does not have enough charge to stay connected to the base station.

If the cameras do not recover on their own have her try to power cycle the affected cameras. If there is an amber LED that illuminates on the face of the camera that is an indication the batteries are low/dead and need to be changed.

I'd be happy to review logs from her system if you'd like to send me a private message with her email address?

Hope this helps!

Christine
