I just bought a 4 set of the Arlo wirless cameras and 2 seem to be defective.  1 films in motly pink and the other in mostly purple.  Doesn't matter where I put them - even right next to the 2 good ones I get the same result.  I also tried to swap out the batteries and checked all the settings - no impact.  Do I need to return them to Arlo or take the entire unit back to Best Buy?  I like the way the work but want them all to work well.   I may need some of the pictures for court and pink and purple just don't show the detail I need - plus look really tacky!

Unfortunately, you will have to exchange these cameras for new ones. Best Buy may require you to exchange all of the cameras and the base station as well. Probably best to give them a call before you go down there. Apparently it's an issue where the IR filter in the camera gets stuck
