I am setting up two-step verification. I have verified my account via SMS. The app will not let me complete verification process unless I turn on Push notifications. I DO NOT USE PUSH NOTIFICATIONS and have no intention to turn these on. I own six separate Arlo cameras. Please tell me what the work around is so that I can register my device. Thank you.

HI @tsippi777

If you would like to setup Two-Step verification you will need to allow the push notifications to complete the process. Push notifications are sent when a new device is trying to log in to your account. When someone attempts to log in to you Arlo account, you will receive a "text message" to the phone number that you verified for two-step verification.

You can find more info here: What is two-step verification and how do I set it up?

Here are the steps from your website to make changes to the Two-Step verification:

To remove a trusted device or phone number for two-step verification:

  1. Launch the Arlo app or log in to my.arlo.com.
  2. Tap or click Settings > Profile > Login Settings > Two-Step Verification.
  3. Tap or click Edit at the top-right corner.
  4. Tap or click the trashcan icon next to a phone number or trusted device.
Note: You can also add a new method by tapping or clicking Add SMS Verification or Add Trusted Deviceat the bottom of the screen.
  5. Tap or click Delete.
The trusted device or phone number is removed for two-step verification.

To change your primary two-step verification method:

  1. Launch the Arlo app or log in to my.arlo.com.
  2. Tap or click Settings > Profile > Login Settings > Two-Step Verification.
  3. Tap or click Edit at the top-right corner.
  4. Tap one of your existing two-step verification methods.
The checkmark icon appears when you tap a method.
  5. Tap Save.
Your primary two-step verification method is changed.

To add a two-step verification method:

  1. Launch the Arlo app or log in to my.arlo.com.
  2. Tap or click Settings > Profile > Login Settings > Two-Step Verification.
  3. Tap or click Add Another Method.
  4. Select Trust This Device or Add SMS Verification.
Note: If the device is already trusted, you can only select Add SMS Verification.
  5. Follow the app instructions.

When I use either my iPhone App or login to the my.arlo.com website I can get to the page under settings for 2 Step Verification but there is no EDIT function once I get there.  How am I supposed to make changes.  The only option I have is to toggle the Enable button or Add SMS Verification (which I already did)  How can I enable Push Notifications and my phone as a Trusted Device?

I've included a screenshot attachment to show you what I'm seeing.
