2 Arlo Pro 4 Spotlight Cameras + Arlo Essential Video Doorbell/HD - Doorbell stopped -Cams stopped

2 Arlo Pro 4 Spotlight Cameras + Arlo Essential Video Doorbell/HD. Bought last May (2023), installed, all worked. A few months ago the Video doorbell stopped working. Couldn't get it back. Picked up a Ring Battery Doorbell Pro. Installed, it installed easily, works fine. Now the 2 Arlo Pro 4 Spotlight Cameras won't work. Have you guys figured out how to fix this? Keep in mind nothing changed with my router to cause the doorbell to stop working. Nothing changed in the router. Any clues? I have read that 'interference' but I've got all manner of things connected no issues. Nothing changed when the doorbell decided to never connect again.

Did you try restarting the cameras (removing the battery for a few seconds, and then reinserting it)?

Can you give more details on what you mean by "stopped working"?

 

For example,

  • are the cameras showing up as "off line"?  
  • or are the on line, but you get timeouts when you attempt to livestream them?
  • or are you able to livestream them, but are not getting recordings?
  • or something else?
