10 Gig Data Storage stops after 15 minutes

The 10 gigs data storage and alert features stopped after 15 minutes of usage. My profile shows that I purchased 10 gigs per 30 days for up to 10 cameras, but the system will not allow a single camera to operate for more than 15 minutes.
The online support was useless and is only a FAQ by produt with no category for the cloud storage.
The phone "support" tech repeated "Sorry we cant help you" twice and hung up on me. I had left messages at the number but no one returned my call. After repeated attempst I reached someont who appeared more interested in where I found the number (1-600 973-2044 on google) than solving my problem.
I will be returing the device to Best Buy and never using Arlo again.

What is occurring that indicates the system no longer works after 15 minutes? Are you seeing any error messages?
It sounds like the system may not be armed, are you using the default Armed mode or a custom mode?
