Wired Floodlight camera

My camera doesn’t trigger at night.   The light will come on but the camera doesn’t record?

Do you have a subscription?

Have you checked the device rule(s) for the camera in the mode(s) you are using?

Yes I do have a subscription.  It used to work and then it stopped.

If you have activity zones set up for the camera try removing them.

Also, check the device rules in the mode(s) you are using, and make sure that there is a rule for the camera, and also that it is still set to record.

You might also want to try the motion detection test (in the default mode settings).
