Ordered 3 wired floodlight cameras that have been stuck in limbo since Jan 2nd. Arlo support is absolutely horrible. I can’t speak to a human being. FedEx is even worse. Do I wait? Charge my credit card back via dispute? Has anyone had a similar experience and how did you handle it?

Hi Brooke, I wanted to thank you for the quick response. I ended up getting my cameras the other day. But now a new issue arose. I bought 3 Arlo wired floodlight cameras. One of them is literally going off all of the time and they’re is zero motion. I have tried adjusting sensitivity but doesn’t seem to help. Amy ideas?

Try the push-button reset here:
You'll need to remove the camera from your account first.
If that doesn't do the trick, I'd see if you can exchange it. If it's too late for that, then contact support and ask for an RMA.
