I've started to have pixelation when the doorbell is pressed and I answer. The pixelation is also recorded. Sometimes the screen is just black. Live stream works fine except for a delay. Other recording is fine with no pixelation. Only issue is when the doorbell is pressed and I answer. 3 bars signal signal strength to the base, internet speed 125 down 18 up, 16 V transformer with 17.8 volts measured at the camera. Any thoughts?

kirbdoc,
Try lowering the resolution within your doorbell settings and test to see if you experience the same behavior.
You can find the resolution settings by logging in to your Arlo account and navigating to Settings > My Devices > select your doorbell > Video Settings > Video Resolution
