missing doorbell plate

hey i just setup my arlo doorbell today i missing the doorbell plate i try call the Customer service i wait long time but no body answer

I think this may be an issue with ones purchased recently from Costco (maybe a different store). Contacting support is one way to resolve this but you could also swap at the store, opening the box before leaving to ensure the new one has the plate.
