iOS 14 library movies won’t play

After the iOS 14 update the movies in the library won’t play anymore.
Any suggestions?

Are you getting an error message? Do the clips play when using a PC?

I can download and play the movies.
When I want to watch the movies in the app in the library the green circle keeps turning and nothing happens.
