how do I get do doorbell to chime at home?

my doorbell rings at my phone, but I need it to ring at my house as well.

Are you trying to use the existing chime that's wired into your house or the Arlo chime? For the former, did you select to use the traditional chime when installing the doorbell? If not, uninstall the device and reinstall it, making sure to select to use your traditional chime when prompted.
