chime constantly disconnects

I have moved this device to 4 different locations; I have reset it twice and still it constantly disconnects even though it is close to a full wifi strength signal.

 

Any thoughts?

Might just be defective. Can you swap at the store? If not, use Settings, Support and choose the doorbell the chime should be connected to to contact support for a possible replacement.
