So I had just moved into this house a few weeks ago. We have spectrum internet with their crappy router but I was able to get the Arlo doorbell to work. This weekend I decided to ditch the spectrum router and get a Tp Link mesh system. Everything else in the house was able to connect right away since I used the same SSID except the doorbell. I've tried to just press the reset on the back and nothing happens, I've tried changing the SSID on the app (samsung s10+) and it runs me through the steps and I get the chime when I scan QR code. The issue is that it gets stuck looking for arlo video doorbell. I've tried factory reset, I've tried removing device, I have even tried using a different email. When I've done remove device and adding it again the arlo gets found right away but then I get another error. I'm fed up with this thing already, I almost want to return it, it shouldn't be this hard to change SSID on these things.

So IDK what happened but it's registered under a different email and now my free trial is missing... not happy to say the least.
