arlo 2 wired/wireless doorbell -doesnt work

Trying to wire up the new doorbell I bought. I hired an electrician to fix things around the house and he asked me if there is a "power kit"? I am using a wired system that already has a 16 volt transformer. Do I need anything else? He said the unit isn't getting power.

The AVD1001 ships with a power kit. The other doorbell models don't need one.
