I'm trying to install wired video doorbell, all go good until I press the doorbell to try to connect. Then I get a message "no doorsbells were found. Looking through help, I see discussions about scanning a QR code, but I never see an option anywhere to get a QR code or how to use it. Please help! All lights are good and doorbell chimes when I press the button to try to connect.

Hi JamesC,

Thanks for contacting me about my problem. It appears my base station is an older model and is not compatible the the video door bell.  I ended up connecting to my network directly and all is working fine fine now. Again thank you for your response.

Sundog1,

What is the LED behavior on the doorbell? Are you trying to connect to a base staiton/SmartHub or directly to your WiFi network?
