Wired video doorbell AVD1001 won't restart after reset

Wired Video Doorbell AVD1001 has been slowly flashing white, can't pass QR Code step so I've reset the doorbell itself and wait for 15 minutes, nothing happens, no longer LED status at all. I removed and replaced the doorbell wires, used a AC wire tool tester which confirmed it was on, looks like the doorbell is dead.

You really need to use a voltmeter to see what voltage the transformer is supplying. It should be between 16-24VAC. If not, that's your problem. If the voltage is ok, swap at the store since it may just be a bad device.
