After a remodel, I have existing 24 VAC where the doorbell goes but I have no chimes or chime wiring. Do I buy the wired or wireless video doorbell? I assume I also need the Arlo Chime 2?

Both the wired and wireless will work. Either way, you won't need the power kit.

That is one way to get the chime functionality. It can also be integrated with Alexa.
