Wired essential video doorbell

Can not get the wired essential video doorbell to pair with a new modem/router… suggestions other than the usual information offered by Arlo support. I tried EVERYTHING they suggested, none were effective

FWIW, the simplest thing to do is configure the new wifi to use the same network name and password as the old one.

But probably too late for that now.   What exactly did Arlo support suggest?

Arlo has scheduled a call with later this week… 

thank you for the suggestion, however Optimum can not be altered from the name/configuration it came with.

Are you sure about that?  Perhaps see if this lets you access your router settings:
