My doorbell camera is just over 2 years old and it did not survive the latest freeze here in Houston, TX. Customer support has been terrible, only bot chat is available. Any advice on what to do? I have a Ring doorbell camera on there now, but I would like to stay with the Arlo architecture. Thank you.

You're out of warranty so no replacement can be offered. You'd have to buy a new one.
FWIW, I live in Rochester, NY and the doorbells have survived many/extended freezes so it's unlikely that was the cause. Doesn't really matter - it seems dead.
If you have a subscription, you can contact support in the same way you used the chatbot - Settings, Support and choose your doorbell. It's also possible you could remove the doorbell from your account, reset the doorbell and set it up again.

Thank you for the response. I'm done with Arlo as a company for several reasons.
it’s very frustrating when a company will not answer phone calls and requests for repair and troubleshooting.
