We just purchase our wired video doorbell. Our chime is so low we can barely here it and when I go to the chine option it does not give me a volume slider. Also when we press the button there is almost a grinding noise before it. How can I make the chime louder and get rid of the grinding sound?

Are you saying that your chime was louder before the installation, but now is much quieter?
Is the doorbell transformer within spec (16-24 volts, 10 VA)? You might need to upgrade or replace it.
