Wired doorbell video recording question

Why can’t I look at stored video from my doorbell like I can from my four other cameras?? I do not want a subscription plan!

All the newer cameras (including the doorbells) require a subscription to get cloud storage.  That began with the Ultra back in 2018.  FWIW, the subscription requirement was on the doorbell packaging.

 

If you were to purchase a smarthub (VMB4540 or VMB5000), you could use direct access to local storage.  But there are a number of restrictions with that feature, and IMO the return on the investment compared to a single-camera subscription is rather long (about 3 years if you can find a smarthub at the MSRP).
