The doorbell uses 2.4 gHz wifi.
If you can disable 5 gHz in your router during on-boarding, it might make onboarding easier.

I have bought it and am getting it installed by an electrician. I have devices that already use 2.4 and one of them I did what you said to get it going and once it was set up I turned 5ghz back on 🙂
