Wired doorbell AVD1001 - how to re-connect to HomeKit

I have wired Arlo Video Doorbell AVD1001 for couple years now and during the initial installation I connected it to my apple HomeKit and all worked great!

Now couple years later I'm moving out so I disconnected the doorbell, and the new person connected it to the new account. So far so good, however, we cannot figure out how to connect this doorbell to new apple account and new HomeKit. I do not have the original box so if there was any QR code on it I have no access to it anymore.

Note you need to have the doorbell connected through a base/smarthub for homekit.
