You can disable audio detection in the system modes.

If you see "Library" as a menu option in the app then read through this:

I only have a rule for Motion Detection.  Should I create a new rule for Sound Detection as well in order to be able to mute them?

Yeah, I just checked my own mode, and it's not there for the doorbell.

Maybe contact support on this one?
