Wired Door Bell went offline

My door bell was working fine until a couple of days ago when it went offline. I have removed it from my network but I can not get it added back and it is not longer syncing. I think this doorbell is faulty and no longer sees video nor syncs. It works fine as a regular door bell, it’s getting power and ringing when pushed. Anyone else have this happen to them?

After removing the doorbell did you also factory reset it as described here: https://kb.arlo.com/000062346/How-do-I-reset-my-Arlo-Essential-Video-Doorbell
This will need to be done before you can the doorbell back to your account.
