Why doesn’t my doorbell connect to my nicor prcp2 chime

New construction home built in 2022 why can’t get my door bell to connect! Nothing says it shouldn’t be comparable!!

Same here what do we do Arlo sends out email not supporting old cameras and software makes me buy new and now the doorbell is not compatible with digital doorbell chime. What a joke

Do you have the AVD1001 or the AVD2001?

Is the only thing wrong that the chime is not sounding?

FWIW, the transformer in your photo only provides 7 VA (20 x 0.350), and the AVD1001 datasheet says the doorbell requires 10 VA.

Already printed return shipping ticket returning all my new equipment. Cancel my subscription was a customer for eight years not anymore and now I have equipment from the original generation that is no longer usable. Awesome Arlo !
