I bought a doorbell on your website on black Friday. I received it about 3 weeks later. I have not been able to get it to work for me. It's been months of back and forth with customer service and technical support. I have tried everything I can possibly try to get it to work. They have sent me a new doorbell, a new power box, and it still will not work. I would like a refund, I've spoken to supervisor Noreen. She was supposed to get back to me 2 weeks ago and I still haven't heard from her. I am tired of dealing with this problem. It does not ring. I want a refund so I can move on and buy something that actually works. I have jumped through all of the hoops that they have given me and done all the troubleshooting that they advised. Nothing works. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I do not recommend this product or this company.
