Video doorbell not connecting to my base station

Video doorbell will not connect to my base station the base station is VMB3000 or it might be a VMB 3500 not for sure on that but I do remember reading that the doorbell might not connect to these because they are not compatible. Main question is what base station do I need to get this doorbell working

Check the product information on arlo.com. There's a listing for what devices are compatible with what bases. As I recall, you need a VMB4000 or higher for the doorbell.
