Connected the video doorbell and it works fine thru the app on my phone and I receive notifications. However it doesn’t not record or store anything nor does it show previous activity and I have the basic plan that should save for 30 days???? What’s wrong???

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming the doorbell camera?
