Video doorbell hangs up calls 9 12 20

Just installed. Hangs up when it calls me. Google pixel 4 android 11. Works perfectly fine for my husband Samsung 8 Android 10. So we know it works .
Steps taken. Google pixel 4
1. have given the arlo app all permissions in my phone.
2. Read community page. Uninstalled app and restarted my phone - twice
3. Checked for firmware updates. Says I have no updates to install.

Does this always happen or is it intermittent? Do you see any error messages when it happens?

I opened a ticket with the arlo team. Few days later, the doorbell worked perfectly. Happy and resolved. Not sure how but it works now.
