Hi,
Installed and configured everything. I noticed that, when the doorbell "sees" an issue, it is immediately recorded in "feed". Buth the notification to my phone comes much later (30 min or so). Doorbell is located 1 m from my router nad has "full stripes" signal level. My phone is connected via 4G+ and has also maximum signal level. This results in a person ringing my bell and I'm notified much later, so no need for a doorbell!
Second question...In the app I can select activate when not at home-switch on at home-stand by. In routines, I enabled recording video and then notify. What is the meaning of these 3 settings?
Third question: every communication I receive from Arlo is marked "no-reply" . For me, this means "leave me alone and see for yourself how you solve it". I know this is quit common these day, but I didn't expect it from a reputable company as Arlo who sells expensive solutions? When I try to ask a question to Arlo directly, my email address and password is not recognized?!
Many thanks for your reply and help

What communications are these? Are you having an email conversation with support?
"no-reply" just means that you can't reply to that email.
