I connected my video door bell by mistake to 220v then the device flashed for a few seconds and disconnected, then i made in the right way with the transformer 24v and its not working anymore, so now its burnt/damaged and will not work again?

Chips run on smoke - once you let the smoke out, they don't work anymore. 🙂
The doorbell is fried. The store may exchange it for you or you may have to buy a new one.
