My Arlo video doorbell went offline the other night. I have tried every tip that others have talked about on the forums. I have tried to reset it, turned off the power unhooked the wires amd wired them back up. I am on the same wifi as well as the router is 10 feet away but has been in the same spot as when the door bell worked. I get a chime during the reset and my app can't find it. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it as well. It does just continue to flash a white ring. So I moved the router slightly closer and tried again and still can't find the door bell. I am stumped at this point. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Yes. You can't connect a device that's already connected in your account.

If you removed the doorbell from Settings, My Devices as well as held the reset button for >10 seconds until the ring flashed, use the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
