Can't answer or end call

So I finally got this set up yesterday. No matter what I did I couldn't get it to ring using my existing setup inside the house but after a half hour it finally decided to connect to Google so I'm just using that... no issues.

But the problem is, like it seems like hundreds others have had... when it rings on my phone I can't answer or end the call. It rings, it pops up, it says there is a call, it says slide left or right to answer or end, but it won't let me slide it or click it or anything. I have to force end it.

Nowhere in the dozens of threads I read did I see a solution to this problem.

I'm using a Samsung Note 10+.

Do you have the latest version of the Arlo mobile app available from the app store installed?

I would assume it's the latest. I just downloaded it while I was installing the cameras and the doorbell we purchased.
